D.C.Gymnastics, owned and operated by Doug Conner, has provided quality gymnastics to the Capital region for 25 years.

Our high quality gymnastics program is enhanced with a family gym environment.  We strive to instill a lifelong enjoyment of gymnastics for all our students.  We pride ourselves in giving many of our former students the opportunity to return to gymnastics their experience and talent through teaching our classes.  Our coaches are USA Safety certified, Red Cross First Aid Basics Certified and follow the USA Gymnastics Code of Instruction and Conduct.

We offer a continuous program of progression from toddlers through high school.

Pre-school - These introduce activities for coordination, development of motor skills and fitness levels.

 Instructional Classes - Instructional classes teach the basics skills for all Olympic events.  As the student masters each skill, they advance to the next level.

DC Stars - Each student has the potential for becoming a member of DC Stars, our competition team.  We are the home of numerous State and National titles, with many more to come
